      The hgh literally melts the fat away... noticeably so, every single day... every mornings pinch of fat to pin in between, is thinner and thinner... noticeably so...

      The sides that screw with me is the sleep disturbances... mainly due to the numbness in arms and hands when sleeping... wakes me up and that shit hurts like a bitch in my joints... hands look like swollen sausages... causes pain... since doubling up on magnesium, B6, potassium and regular taurine dose to kick it all off, the sides have become more manageable though...

      I don’t notice any more energy or the other stuff people claim to experience... but that’s ok with me... as long as it keeps burning this fat away, I’m happy as a pig in a fresh pile of shit ;0)

      I’m bumping up to test the waters of trying to experience the other side of hgh... the building benefits... I am cautioned by the sides though... it’s enough pain to cause me to be careful and cautious moving up and forward to quickly lol... because it’s not a matter of just stopping and it goes away... it takes a long time for things to subside for me... 3 weeks last time I took that break to see how long until things started going back to normal... so I know if I push it and get in a bad spot, it’ll take at least 3 weeks until I get relief

      How long have you been running the hgh? What did you start at and how long did you wait to go up to 6iu/day?

      I’ve been running 2iu/day for like...2 weeks? Different sponsor from previous board I came from. I literally have noticed zero side effects. I noticed more sides on higher doses of mk677, but not saying this isn’t working.

      I’m not sure if it’s the hgh or the winny/var finisher I’ve been on, or all 3, but I’ve most definitely been seeing decreased bf...seems like every day I feel leaner and calipers are testament to that.

      This is week 4 of this run... just this week bumping it up...

      From what I can tell brother, from everyone I chat with regarding hgh... anyone running 4iu or higher ALL experience the same sides... that lessen with supplements and time, but still remain... but mind you this is probably a total of 6-8 others lol... so consider that when reading my input..

      As far as 2iu a day, I’ve heard of people not experiencing sides and it has been recommended that if the sides become to much to reduce dose, the amount of days per week one pins and it’s suppose to subside...

      BF decrease is the most obvious and it’s very rapid... every morning it’s thinner and thinner... I can feel when I pinch to pin...

      Despite being incredibly worn out, I managed to get my ass to the gym and bust out with legs and back... I only planned on legs but had some energy remaining in the tank and decided to get some back in as well... I did skip cardio though... because I must love my flappiness enough to decide skipping cardio is more worth it than putting in the work to get rid of the flappy flaps...

      I am indeed worn out now... my body is spent... the week has been a beast of a week...
