      Struggled to eat today... and starting to get frustrated that hitting macros is giving me so much trouble... if I can’t discipline myself enough to simply hit macros, then how can I ever expect to smash my goals... a bit grumpy today, tired and just feeling off... it is what it is... nothing bad happened at least and I’m just irritated at myself mainly...

      Today was shoulders... weak as hell trip to the gym... I fought each set and had to fight my brain the whole time... I don’t get it. I want what I want. I got goals.. my brain gets to decide when to be on board and fully support or not? Dafuq is this madness? I feel like there’s another me.
