I’m thinking intermittent fasting isn’t suitable for this type of work week to be honest.... or it’s the heat... or something... but I’m banking on diet.. How can I combat immediate muscle fatigue? I mean I start pushing wrenches around 4am and they’re already burned out and tired within 30min... no wonder my workout was shit last night lol.. they were already jacked from all day working... I’m not beating myself up over it now though.. I’m talking more sore than ever before though lol... I guess I better learn how to listen to my body better... to get more in tune with it... or I may accidentally do more harm than good...
Need to try to sleep more!! I’m dying!! Hgh, tren, heat, early wake ups with long drives to and from job site... this combo is no bueno for sleep... 5 weeks left of this cycle... I can make it!! Next time I say I’m going to cut during the summer, please virtual slap the shit out of me... I think from now on it’ll be an early spring thing...

I feel your pain Mike..I decided to cut during summer this go around as well..I sweat like a tweeker searching for his lost last pipe, sad thing is only been running NPP so far..god damn 19nors...dropping that this week and moving into tren.. FML!!.. gotta love it tho..keep grinding away..pain is pleasure..keep up the badass log bro

At this point I can not tell any difference taking it pre-work out or in the morning...
However, there’s definitely a noticeable difference in my pumps during work out though... but if it wasn’t for the pumps, so far, I wouldn’t even notice I was taking anything else in addition to the cycle... but as of the early stages of my first time with it, I have decided, the time I take it doesn’t seem to matter. It’s the same pump. But definitely a pump more so than before I was taking it.

I am on a similar cycle except I cut out the test prop.
Why do you use the Nolva? I have heard of people doing this however I never really paid attention.
I have never used aromasin or caber with the 19 Nors. Should I as a precaution?
Why do you take all 100 mg of Winnie at the same time? Don’t you want to try following the half life when taking it?
