That’s why I love the whole comparing notes!!! That’s a long stretch from wake up to eating... which I know the fasting has its own reasons and purpose... but as with your situation, it throws me for a complete tail spin I feel...
It does help to see how others respond and react as well, for me anyway... Sometimes I feel my mind trying to trick me... it doesn’t like having to work at things and putting in effort lol.. I think it thinks it’s a millennial or something no offense to our millennial family members of course lol..

Well I've always trained this hard, just not with all the foreign substances haha...last time I did IF it was definitely the best change in diet I'd found that worked for me as far as burning fat goes. Now my gf's sitting here eating a steak and twice baked potato, last night it was popcorn and icecream
I actually switched aromasin brands yesterday too and I could have potentially tanked my estro due to that.

Ok... so I’m going to switch up feeding times next week and see if it helps... the only thing, besides the heat, was changing over to certain macros and sticking more to the intermittent fasting protocol... but I wake up at 3am and then wait 7 hours to eat.... so I will still attempt to hit these bloody macros, but dropping the fasting for a week or two... I’m just curious... I have yet to perfectly execute the macros though... progress, not perfection... yet...
Got all wrapped up on the rough in on that hell job... found a lot of mistakes from my guys so instead of being out of there for a short day, ended up into overtime fixing their screwups.... I kind of expected it though... it is what it is... they gave me 110% .. I am who I am because I got an eye for the clean up after others lol

Wish I could hold off on the caber, but I’m afraid to push it any longer.. I already paid for the test though, so prolactin getting tested... it is what it is. I can’t hold off anymore.

Much needed, very relaxing day today... hotter than hell outside and decided to move to my bedroom to spend 8+ hours and play on internet and watch tv shows... keeping meal prep light this week... putting that crockpot to work! I need to really cut things close for all of August on calories... to see if I can’t make the most out of the rest of this cut cycle, while trying not to sacrifice any more mass... we shall see how that works out lol... so I lived it up a little this weekend... body feels much better... tomorrow is a, sleep in,start work at 7am day... it’ll be hot, but not physically taxing... so I’m looking forward to easing into the week before it gets crazy again...

I find issues with TDEE. Mine fluxuates so bad its stupid. Yesterday I did a job that will take me three days to recover from. The next day I may sit on my ass relaxed, the next day I may be stessed as fuck. My tdee fluxuates between 10,000 and 2500 calories.
Thank God I dont get fat. I just eat all I can hack.

I had to go look up tdee lol.... learned me something new and got to play with a calculator at tdeecalculator.net ... who just called me obese and said my bf is over 30% still... so I smashed my finger on the delete button... fuck that website ;0)
Trying to say I’m suppose to weigh 154-171 pounds... I haven’t seen that weight since 6th grade...
Then it said I need to eat 3500 calories per day to maintain... lmao... I’d be a blimp by Sunday

Yeah for my height according to the fag height weight scale I am dangerously obese at 12% bodyfat.
