Last day of the heat wave... dropping 3-5 degrees per day the rest of the week and going to hover mid 70’s to 80’sish... thank god it’s over... but I already know it’s the calm before the storm... August is always a bitch... July was just showing us what’s to come lol... then mid September fall starts and shit gets cool quick... can’t wait!! I love the fall!!
Work was mellow as hell today and I was able to pound out a solid arm day... apparently my gym does have air conditioning... I let them know my opinions about them waiting until now to run it though... do they not understand mother fuckers are on body temperature raising outside substances?!? Wtf... my arms are pretty much noodles as I type this... it felt good... I’m starting to get the hang of the new movements. My form is getting dialed in and I’m just about ready to start adding more weight to the movements...
I’m adding more carbs purposely this week to see a few things... 1. Will I bloat up and see increase in bf.. 2. How does it affect my endurance. More? Less? .... 3. Energy level difference? I realize I need to stick to my macros, which I will go right back too... but I wanted to utilize this week to try out some science experiments to better be able to tell, without a doubt, causes and effects... because my body is so hyper sensitive right now, I can literally feel/see the reactions fairly quickly... so now is the time to check things out...
Found an outside source for bac water.. $9.99 per 30ml bottle... he’s a peptide guy out of Florida. I told him never get greedy on the water and I’ll give him all my bac water business lol... I should just make my own... but, somethings I feel safer if others do it lol... I’ve done plenty of making my own shit in my life time... but no way in fucking hell im paying $30 a bottle like some asshats are trying to charge... I understand business and all... but I shy away from people who raise their normal operating prices because they see a demand and ability to charge more.... it’s bad ethics in my opinion... if I charge $10 per blah blah... I’ll always charge that... UNLESS there’s raise in my costs... I won’t gouge others because of some horse shit shortage and take advantage... that’s bad juju in my opinion. I won’t do business with price gouging opportunists....
I’ll be glad when I finish the rest of the breakfast bars... they’re pretty good... but I could eat a whole box in one sitting.... this cycle is really toying with my appetite... days I have to force myself to eat... then other days it takes every ounce of fight in me to not eat the whole house... today I could eat the whole house...

Man, my wife and I was in the Eureka area for a couple of days 2 weeks ago. Beautiful weather. It was hot but not like our oklahoma humidity, fuck this sucks balls weather. It’s been mid to upper 90’s and humidity in the 60’s and up. I usually change uniform shirts 3-4 times a day. I hate Oklahoma weather. I’m ready to love to NM or AZ. It’s a little hot but it’s a dry hot

Truth and consequence New Mexico has a downtown housing area that all the houses come with their very own soaking room that’s fed by the hot springs running under the city... pretty cool
