      Work was crazy... but thank goodness it’s the last day of the heat wave... suppose to be 10 degrees less tomorrow!!! Fuck yes!!! I went ahead and finished off my shoulders after a brutal work day... only had 35 min to work out, but i dropped to 15-20 sec between sets and put in plenty of work to get er done... supersets and burn outs. My shoulders are toast... next couple days I only have to do inspections for work. I’m excited for a couple easy work days.

      Went to doctors today. They gotta do some kind of scope thing. Which apparently they have to put me under for? I don’t get it... I said just hook up oxygen. Strap my ass to the table, if I struggle put a pillow over my face lol... but seriously, I gotta pay 2 grand to get a camera down my esophagus? To be put under for 10 minutes? I better get a fucking video out of it at least.... they gotta check out my insides and stuff I guess and look for damage and to see if there’s signs of more serious stuff... I’m gtg I know. But I guess it doesn’t hurt. It’ll be nice to know why my body is allowing acid to choke me in my sleep... so aug 31st I get that done...

      My girl leaves town tomorrow and I get the whole weekend to myself! I’m in need of some me time... like for real... so I’m also excited for my alone time! ;0)

      I have noticed so far this week during this higher carb test... my appetite is almost unbearable at times.... it’s literally like turning on a switch... I have not been hungry to having to force myself to eat... to now ravenous and it takes everything I have not to plow through all my food for the day in one sitting lol... I’m noticing a little bloat, not as bad as I thought... but it takes the full week to know. For me.

      Without having to search your thread for it, so I'll just ask it lol.. do you get any indigestion/acid issues from tren? I'm only 5 days in on my tren a , and today had acid issues all day..is it all diet related, or is tren known for this side effect? Thnx cowboy

      I already have bad acid reflux issues... I’ve had it all my life.. I definitely don’t feel like tren has amplified it at all...

      I hear of acid reflux being an issue for a few others while on tren though. From the compound itself I’m told...

      I’m positive it the liquid orals that started my acid reflux and indigestion, I basically stopped processing the foods in my stomach for a while it seemed. I think I was on the verge of a esophagus/stomach ulcer before I started taking Nexium and Zantac and now it’s fine as far as the acidic side, but keeps coming back...still taking orals tho

      I had raging acid reflux for years. Didn’t go away till I stopped smoking weed and cigarettes. Went from daily to maybe two or three times a year if I eat really shitty food or waaaaay too much shitty food.

      Yeah I’m not sure why I’ve always had the issues... but maybe this will give me answers... just want to see why things aren’t working that should work, how much damage has been done, can it be fixed, or am I stuck on meds for life... I quit smoking cigs from 2006-2012... then started again like an idiot and then chewing at the same time again up until 1/1/2015 I quit it all again.. but with or without it, same same...
