Osha may fine if railing isnt up to spec but insurance will cover the rest. If the dumbass trie to sue let me know and I will make a trip up lol

OSHA will be all over this. Contractor will pay out the ass in fines and insurance... despite how stupid my guys choices were, that railing needs to be secure enough to withstand 500lbs of falling pressure... ALL of our lives are at risk if these contractors arent covering basic safety requirements...
My guys going to pay for his choices for the rest of his life... Contractor needs to feel the sting so theyll make sure theyre providing a safe working environment. Safety is no joke. Im king bitch when it comes to safety lol... Im the guy everyone laughs at because I always got my hard hat on, always tied off and yes it takes me a bit longer to complete things... but Im not falling off balconies, ladders, lifts or taking unnecessary risks... (knock on wood) not for the chump change I work my ass off for anyway lol... now if they wanna kick in some hazard pay, Ill take a few risks if the moneys right ;0)
