Nothing exciting today what so ever... meal prep, laundry, sloth on a couch watching tv and eating snacks all day...
One week of higher carbs is good enough... I will drop them and jump the protein back up... I can see I start bloating up on upping the carbs lol... it’ll be interesting to see if I drop the bloating when I jump back onto trt... or if the hgh will keep me puffy...
I’ll be going back to macro counting.. I just don’t know how to achieve carbs but no fats in my last meal of the day... even the rice has fat... so I’ll have to keep looking for options there but keeping the fat low as possible for that meal...
Only 10 days left of this cycle, after prepping the rest of the pins for the remaining days... after a month back in trt I’ll be digging back through this log and comparing notes to how I was feeling and when etc... I definitely can sense the “coldness” people were mentioning as a side of tren... I definitely feel detached a bit from things... I’ve been a little insensitive with my lady for sure... I won’t dare associate it with gear though lol... it took a while to get her to accept my going to use it and be ok with it... so I’ll keep that fact under the hat but try to better prepare for the next time...

And a side note that caber, 3 doses in so far, has completely obliterated whatever issue was happening behind right nip... so it tells the obvious tale of what the issue was... interesting thing though, it formed even though I was sitting on tanked E... so mental note for later on. My prolactin gives zero fucks if E is present or not... proceed with caution and with a full arsenal covering all bases.

This year has been cursed for bodybuilders! Its only us I swear! Half the guys I know are too busy to be on the forum this year because of tragedies etc...

My second cycle of tren I just shut off. I shut off completely to outside interaction with thousand yard stare if I sat still.
It can and will come at you a little different every time.
I am glad you got rid of you nip issue I have always used nolva to stamp mine out.

Yeah it’s definitely very much present... I’m glad it’s almost over and hope it doesn’t take too long to reset... I don’t mean to be like this.. but it just kinda happens... my girl doesn’t need to be treated like that. She’s not doing anything wrong...

It is interesting to be able to not just recognize and see it, but to actually know somethings off... it’s like having a split personality, but being aware of it lol... but to know ourselves well enough to understand where exactly we are acting differently... is pretty damn interesting to me.
