Left my lunch box on the kitchen counter this morning... had horrible nights sleep and apparently left my brain at home... needless to say my food options were not ideal... I typically use Saturday morning as my cheat meal. I love to go out and eat a big ass, egg, bacon, sausage, ham, jalapeño and chorizo scramble with a couple pancakes... I still stay within my caloric range, but obviously not the best ingredients... But I fucked myself out of that by leaving my lunch box and eating garbage today... it is what it is. I’m sad about not getting my breakfast tomorrow though lol... going to just be eggs n chalula I guess...
Worked that same job as yesterday and I decided I hate stairs and glad I choose to do the elliptical at the gym instead of the stairs lol... good choice not to do legs yesterday as my trips up and down were far more than yesterday thanks fully to my dumb ass co-workers in efficiencies... I just kept my heavy ass tool belt on and got it done regardless... ladders and stairs. Glad it’s over.
Blasted legs today, I went with the mindset I’d keep it light and go for just a pump... since my legs were already on fire from the past two days... really finish them off good going into my two back to back days off from the gym.... BUT, after a few sets I called it a warm up and went to town... added an extra plate to the sled, happy about that, still frustrated my squats are hindered due to my fat ass spinal cord poking out and can’t wait for my born inspired traps to grow and help cushion the weight from resting on it lol... I saw a guy use one of those pillows you use on an airplane... wish I would’ve inquired what, how and why he was using it... though I feel I can make an educated guess, I truly hate assuming anything anymore and would rather hear it from the horses mouth... regardless I’ll be a penguin the next couple days I’m thinking going off how the legs feel right now....
Finished off with easy 30 min on elliptical, setting 10, 3.0 miles to seal the first week back at cardio in almost 2 months...
Anyway, time to make some posts, read through some posts and do my nightly winding down routine of BOP, lay in bed and then hopefully make up sleep from last nights not so good efforts...
Plan on sleeping soon, so skipping shake and dinner so I don’t die choking on acid reflux and food chunks in my sleep...
8:00pm will be:

I’m definitely looking forward to an actual day of rest tomorrow... I have some deep pains within my calves, hamstrings and shoulder blades... so I think I’ll cash in on some of my massage envy credits and get worked.... outside of that I’ll just meal prep my work week, put together my weeks gym routines and mess around on BOP and enjoy the day.. my kiddo is in El Salvador so no Father’s Day commitments ;0)

It was a mistake to only consume that much... I should have forced myself to make some more time to eat... at least get shakes in or something... lesson learned though. I will not do that again unless I’m trying to fast or something...
