I love to write... can’t call myself a writer yet... only thing I technically wrote was jokes... for a couple small time stand up guys.. but I then wrote a Facebook status update joke book type thing... lots and lots of ecards and stealing of my lines after that got published lol... even Craig shoemaker posted a few of my updates... but I got a copyright date to prove I wrote them before they did... completely irrelevant now though... what was funny then, has passed since .... then, I done lost my funny... real life got really real... nothing was funny anymore... I will, however finish this book. Then it will get published. Then I can officially call myself a writer ;0)

I’m glad I don’t have coworkers who would put hands on me or do that! That could end horribly wrong!

Also...you can write a super hero book and call in frankguin and he shall be a body builder. I can draw what he looks like. Lol.

I work with a like 50 men. Mind you I am the only one that lifts. Lol. But all I have to do is pout and they rub my shoulders

I may have to write that super hero book... that’s an avenue I’ve never explored before.. I have the imagination needed for it... and you can handle the art for it...

Life can def suck and there still is a little funny there... it just use to flow so easily and I could make anything funny... time to recover that ability.:. And fair enough point on not having to be published I’ll accept that!

There’s a lot of knots... definitely a lot if c rage lol... it would be nice to finally get someone who could get at them... I’ve literally exhausted every therapist out, over at massage envy... they don’t build em strong out here it seems... the men are soft and weak.... and the Chinese places just want to try to tug ya for an extra $20 and have zero massage skills.. I ain’t got time for that shit lol...

But during my vacation I am set up with a place I use to go all the time... it’s where I learned to never tell a 5’-2” woman I don’t think she could be able to really get in there to get deep enough to get the knots... I almost had to tap a whole bunch of times lol... so I have faith in this place ;0)

I got a massage fro massage envy one time....I told them to go hard and deep and I was fighting back tears. Lol I Also have this muscle relief oil that breaks all that stuff up and helps. Lol

Made a workout shake which is like 685 calories
2 pieces pepper jack cheese

Hit me like a wall and I literally passed out like within 30min.. I’m still working on my gallon water

I gottago Val yo sleep I’m beat.. slept so horrible last night and I feel like I can sleep.. gotta get up in few hours to start driving to Cali... I’ll check in tomorrow afternoon!

Hopefully I can understand doc paper tomorrow lol. Important thing saiccwas I can work out like normal. Hoorah!

My hired ride was quite a character lol.. totally stoked I got to meet her... old retired card dealer from Vegas with a character that’s fit in here for sure... was like a mother type figure for sure. Full of hellfire
