Hit me like a wall and I literally passed out like within 30min.. I’m still working on my gallon water

I gottago Val yo sleep I’m beat.. slept so horrible last night and I feel like I can sleep.. gotta get up in few hours to start driving to Cali... I’ll check in tomorrow afternoon!

Hopefully I can understand doc paper tomorrow lol. Important thing saiccwas I can work out like normal. Hoorah!

My hired ride was quite a character lol.. totally stoked I got to meet her... old retired card dealer from Vegas with a character that’s fit in here for sure... was like a mother type figure for sure. Full of hellfire

I can tell you all about your diagnosis. We can even share pictures of our insides. Lol smaller meals are gonna be your best friend. The medicine the prescribe you will be your best friend. Surgery is needed. I cant afford it, but it's not a permanent fix and you will likely need surgery every ten years. Lol.

I wonder how we got it in the first place? They haven’t given me any instructions on what to do yet... still waiting on the biopsies... but it will be a surgery huh? Dang.. to bad they couldn’t of slapped a few stitches while in there already lol...

Spent 17 hours driving... took lots of stops and not sure exactly why.. but it is what it is... traffic through Cali of course... I wanted to murder people in Los Angeles, but I was too tired...

Ate an entire bag, 23 servings of dried fruits and nuts...

Ate Denny’s ultimate omelette with hash browns, no toast since it was dripping in some nasty yellow oil crap

And then ate at a bomb ass Mexican joint for a chicken burrito that was like 1.5 pounds of chicken lol... I was about 3k calories or around there..

They will tell you everything at the follow up lol. Mines genetics lol I have a shorter esophagus...ik actually pretty sure my front rib tattoo is what busted mine thru . Lol that and a history of chronic heartburn and acid reflux..eats away at your upper gi. Lol. Surgery it is.

Day 83

Surfing was shit this morning. But a swell is up n the way.. so I took 2 hours and familiarized myself with my board again. I paddled 2.2 miles roughly, up through the military base and back down to my spot. It feels like I never stopped. I just glide through the water. I feel the working out has paid off in my paddle though. I was not even fatigued after the paddle... can’t wait for waves... felt so good to get in the water.

Today I’m relaxing, no gym, getting an veggie and goat cheese omelette made right now, then off to the farmers market with my bud... sushi later on and I’m thinking a trip down to San Diego to to cruise around the gas lamp district to see what kind of trouble I can get into... keeping it simple and easy today.

I’m riding high on a positive vibe today and loving it!

Upon wake up, coffee and water
Fasted surfing 3 hours

Afterwards 3 pancakes w/syrup and ultimate meat omelette

Then blasted shoulders at gym. Was cool to step foot in my old gym. Of course no one looks familiar lol... figured to get shoulders done for the week since I’m going to need them Friday, Saturday and Sunday as that swell comes in from hurricane Norman... surf is still small, waste high to stomach high... so a lot more effort needed to catch these things...

Went to friends baby shower the remainder of the day/night... I ate probably around 2K calories of meat, fruit, cheese and tacos... then another 1.5k calories of stupid shit snack items that were processed foods and high sugar content... so around 5k-ish total for the day...

I promise to get my log back in tune proper, after I return home ;0)
