Crazy work day... it gets frustrating going so hard at work and then having to hold back at the gym... I cant quite pull off bulking calories, financially at the moment, so my intake versus my output are going to be problematic with my goals... so expect some days I may get even more dirty calories in than a breakfast stuffed waffle lol... Ill be right side up in a month or so. The doctors bills really put a dent in my pocket... but at least my deductibles are met. So the rest of the stuff I gotta get wrapped up will be only at 20%... at the moment Ill hover around cutting calories, holding on the mast and tren to 3xs per week at low dose and bumping test and eq to double trt... Ill let 4 weeks run like this... then if diet able, Ill bring tren and mast up to play and bump the hgh dosing up to 6iu split in 2 per day... Ill run that for 8 weeks... then Ill turn up the heat for 4 weeks and bring it back on down for the remaining 4... so Im going to work these crazy weeks to bring home the OT so I can effectively play how I wanna play ;0)... if not though, Id rather not waste time and gear... I can comfortably run right down the middle and see some solid results at this lower end dosing... its up to the iron gods at this point
Arm day today, today I practiced some variations after I went heavy.. just an extra slight twist of the wrists, out and or in... positioning of grip on the dumbbells... I had interesting results, pump wise... motion wise, I learned that proper form, regardless of my wish to explore, is proper form. To bend the rules will result in injury. I can sense and feel that possibility with in... when sticking to proper form and then adding in variations, I feel the difference in the area of training...
Does anyone else feel the heat turn way up on the muscles being trained? I can literally feel the heat through my shirt while working out... just the areas being worked.. its pretty cool ;0) Im easily entertained as you can see lol
I dont really want to go see, yet another mother effing doctor... but this wake/nodding off shit can have potential dangerous consequences... its so odd... got my blood work all ordered up. I added in the thyroid and everything else to see if I can see the tale in the bloodwork... if not, Ill make an appointment... Im just not wanting them to put me back on adhd meds again... that shit makes me go crazy for real... I stopped taking it in 2012.. so crossing fingers...
Tomorrow Im excited to try out my new chest routine. For some reason my calculations show I can get quite a bit more exercises in my routine on top of work, than other muscle groups... so with my meals for tomorrow Ill have calories with a couple hundred to spare.. Ill watch the steps and put my apprentice in the air while Ill run the machine.. Im getting the full routine in come hell or high water lol...

50mg metoprolol (BP meds)
300mg Ranitidine (antacid)
0.5mg ropinirole (for restless leg syndrome)

Also like literally right now... its happening... trying to stay up at least one more hour before bed... my guts telling me its thyroid... its the only thing that makes sense.. but I gotta wait for the bloods...

Its all good brother... just the universe reminding me Im not invincible lol.. but medical shits gotta get taken care of before it gets out of hand... thats how I got myself into these messes to begin with lol... almost at the end of the roads though... We banged out a 14.25 mile hike today... which was basically 3 different hikes combined... was a good day I will say... Im sad tomorrows my last day with my sprout. But fucking so stoked to have gotten a little bit of time with her... today, Im overpaid. Im grateful for time with my little one... tomorrow: breakfast, corn maze, hiking, dinner out on the town...

I would make it a 4 day trip minimum... ive been all over this nation and I must say its taken my breath away here more times than anything... the sights that simply stop you in your tracks and you just stare... all thoughts disappear and youre stuck in awe at whats before you... now if I could just get the ocean further inland...
