Well I couldnt let the little bastard do all the hard work... lucky for him I cant sit on my ass very long lol... so I pitched in for the heavy lifting and loading parts.. I still won though... or maybe he did.. maybe he just scammed me from the very beginning... hhhmmmmm
I did manage to eat my fill today though lol... Im suppose to eat 4200 though... the only way I can see this happening, is throwing in more protein shakes to be honest... does that fly? I know my carb sources arent clean though lol... I got rice coming and some fun rice derivatives when I go shopping at Costco this weekend... also out to the ranch for eggs and produce this weekend...
I squeezed out a mediocre shoulders and back routine today... I was wiped out after work.... but I thought Id get my motor revving after some warm ups... unfortunately I fought my brain the entire time... left unsatisfied.. it is what it is.. leg day tomorrow...
Last day of early wake up for work.. next week, thanks to the coming rains, will be the warehouse job my boss has been putting off... its more local too!! Thank god.. the commutes on my own dime really fucking piss me off lol...
Planning a killer hike Sunday early morning... leaving the lady at home though... shes not ready for my debut fall hike... no disrespect to my girl, but I really enjoy my cold weather hikes the best because she doesnt go... I can really push myself and let loose without worrying about her the whole time... and I honestly do... Im more focused on her well being than enjoying the hike... she really does try her hardest... she just isnt into fitness, losing weight or anything and it shows when we try to do physical stuff... if Im not about to puke or puking, Im not satisfied with the intensity level of the hike lol... joking kinda... I hate puking.. but I love running myself into the ground like that though... time to turn it up this year... Im 100% bigger, faster and stronger from last year and in the best shape of my life... I cant wait to put that to the test this season..

Thank you brothers! Definitely taking advantage of these rest days and this perfect hiking weather... I got a good one in yesterday and another one early early this morning... saw a small bear (which I actually thought was a large dog lol... point and case why I cant be a hunter) and an bunch of deer... made it to the lookout point by sun up, but the clouds decided to block my sunrise lol... but it was a good time anyway and both days were kinda spiritual feeling I must say... I just feel real connected out there... not a hippy type earthy thing, just comfortable with myself, being alone with my thoughts and learning to just shut them off and be present. Taking in the scenery and letting it put me in a state of awe.... its so colorful out there!!!
Friday I got slapped with an after hours emergency call that turned into a nightmare all night job.. made it home in time to catch a few hours sleep though to wake up to get the 10iu hgh in to go get bloodwork done... which thankfully I was able to do earlier than my appointment, cause I was starving!!! Had to fast for this test for the cholesterol part and I was about ready to eat the house...
Meal prep Sunday, getting chores done today and playing catch up. Hope yall have a kick ass day and have had a killer weekend!!

Seriously brother it is not... Im so so drained and tired...
