Busted off with light legs... still nursing a busted inside of my bum from the doc a few weeks ago... still nursing this stupid busted rib as well lol... geezus.. anyway I got a good solid pump and can feel the burn still... but I need to get some heavier weight going... I gotta get these legs to grow.. Ill pull measurements on them this week. I will need to watch progress that way. My brain isnt letting me see anything but it keeps telling me Im going backwards... so Ill put a measure on them and track them that way... they sure are stubborn sum bitches...
Work was fairly easy today. Which is nice since the rest of the week will be intense... but thats ok. Im rested and revving, ready to take this week by the horns and own it...

Today was challenging... I learned a little bit about myself and a new character defect Ive seemed to develop... triggered by stress.. its odd to me how these things have somehow made its way into my behaviors... I use to be a cool cucumber under the most highest of high stressful situations... now lately, Im like an overly dramatic freakazoid... and I get the situation handled and then its just magically as if nothing was ever wrong in the first place... but during the time of stress, I was so manic... its truly odd and interesting at the same time... mind you, its almost entirely inside my head at least... but still... so Ill get busy working through that. Cant be having high cortisol levels
Anyway, today was arm day... however I had to cut it short... apparently, one should not do arms so soon after platelet donations as after a few warm up sets my arms started bleeding from where they had the needles in me... like, pretty bad too... never happened before... people were staring at me like wtf man lol... so next time, no arm day the day after platelet donation... Red Cross said I didnt give enough time for the holes to heal... Ill revisit arms on Friday and couple it with another light leg day... Im bummed though. I really wanted to go to town and totally destroy myself tonight... I live for another day though...
I was asked if Id be interested in training a young teen in bull riding.. lessons I guess? Coaching? Not sure wtf youd call it... not sure how I feel about it just yet. Asked for some time to consider it and see what kind of schedule the parents are thinking... could be cool. Ill consider it. Itd be better if I can get a small group. Get that tight knit brotherhood bond going and theyll keep each other accountable...
The EQ has been putting in overtime lol.. my red blood reading jumped from 13.1 to 17.3 in 2 weeks.. mind you thats with a full 3 unit plasma/platelet donation and getting blood taken, 7 vials, for testing... love it!
