      I destroyed the day... absolute domination... I decided to hit arms again anyway today... and completely destroyed them... for some reason the tren and mast shot today lit an extra fire under my ass... not sure wtf the difference between all the other times and now is/was... but ho-ree-chit man lol... maybe I’ll pre-work out the shots from now on, see if it works the same every time... experienced that cough this time as well.. didn’t like that one bit lol.. pretty intense sensation...

      Work was actually excellent today. Got paid prevailing wage and basically showed up for a couple inspections and did job prep for tomorrow... which it will be balls to the wall next two days. So I’m excited about that. Both days will be prevailing... need those extras to get squared up and caught up on bills ;0)

      Low iron at time of test, but high iron at time of platelet donation 2 days later... wtf is that all about lol

      Testosterone (from Sovereign Labs) of course high as hell for the small dose I was on.. may have to adjust that trt to lower... 2500+ isn’t trt lol.. so maybe 125/week instead of 250/week.. but not now... for now I jack that shit up to 500 ;0) no need to go higher with this potency...

      Liver and kidneys all normal and in range

      Red blood cells elevated as already known...

      Over all not bad results... my cholesterol is something I would like to address though if possible...

      Seriously!!! It’s nerve racking to have someone comb over ALL the work lol... just looking to hit you so they can charge for re-inspection! Ugh especially when you punch in the high rises!!

      Im pretty beat that’s for sure... I went to town at work today and I’m feeling it from my head to my toes... got some good training time with my greenies.. which makes it more work for me. But if they’re willing to learn, I’m willing to teach... was a pretty productive day though, I’ll admit that much.

      Blasted chest today. I have ladder work all day tomorrow, so I moved legs to tomorrow instead of tonight.. not wanting to climb up n down a 12’ ladder all damn day with sore legs lol... got a great pump though and feel like a success!!

      The new hgh has hit me pretty hard already... I might have to drop it down to 4iu per day instead... I’ll finish a full week before deciding... I’m still pretty stoked that TP has replaced my order with these new grey tops... he wasn’t kidding they are legit!! But seriously, TP really stepped up and made good with me. Seems to be a bit of that going around lately... it really amazes me we are surrounded with such stand up sponsors... I mean truly, this is the underground.. I get treated better and with superior customer service than any other place...

      I worked my ass into the ground today... I mean legit worked my ass into the ground... ran up and down a 12’ ladder all day long with full weighted and loaded tool bags and wrenched my life away... felt fucking fantastic...

      I went to do leg day at the gym.. did some warm ups and couldn’t help but feel this overwhelming sense of heat exhaustion... I even started getting flushed face and a bit dizzy... I step to the fan on the wall and I notice the thermometer... 80 mother effin degrees... who da fuk, what da fuk why the fuk.... so I complain to management and I’m told corporate controls the temp remotely... now, I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, I’ll openly admit this... but I’m not the dullest marble in the sack either.... so gtfo if you want me to believe you can control the thermostat in your own local building... I called corporate after I left the gym, waited on hold for 45min and lit their asses up... I was so aggravated lol... told them I need a call back when there’s been a resolution... I told them I went all summer with no air conditioning, I’m not about to go all winter with excessive heat...

      So whatevs I start my legs routine up again but then out of nowhere, I feel the turtle a knock knock knocking on my back door... now I gotta poo crazy bad... not about to chance squats and sleds and anything of the sort.... so I deal with the pain in the belly and hit the extensions and leg curls, step ups etc... until I can’t take the heat and now the pains...

      That said, I need to see how the legs feel tomorrow on my hike... I may just incorporate legs in the mountains... easily done...

      Can’t wait for the morning. We actually have 2 weeks forecast of no rain!! So I’m going to jump right in and take full advantage of the cold weather and some fun hikes!!

      we are constantly moving.. climbing ladders.. carrying heavy loads far distances...
      barely have time to eat meals..
      covered in dirt and grime..
      and not to mention... we need way more calories than most other people do..

      Enjoy your Hike brother! Its hiking season.. wish i lived somewhere cool... with moutains..

      It’s next to impossible to lock down our output calories just from work alone... it’s quite frustrating to me tbh... my workouts are easy to figure out and I’m usually between 800-900 calories burned there...

      But work... I log over 25k steps per day, which ladders, stairs etc, fully weighted down are included in that... my bags weigh around 75lbs fully loaded I’m guessing... could be more? Luckily the shoulders carry the brunt of that burden and the legs...

      Anyway, point being it’s so difficult to lock in at that 20-25% surplus... even worse when trying to cut. Because 20-25% deficit can easily push one into starvation mode if not calculated work calories burned, properly... which I did a lot... and the rebound bf% for that mistake is far more difficult to reset the body than just your average diet restrictions...

      You’re right though... if not eating enough, often enough, which I don’t most days, I really feel the sting...

      Maybe they’ll invent an accurate calorie burned tracker... I’d really love that ;0)

      Insane hike this morning... I went to the Columbia gorge and decided since I was going solo to go balls to the wall... I even took a couple pictures, which I don’t normally focus on doing that much... but I figured this is a sight not many will ever see... in order to get here, you go way off trail, climb/descend crazy sections and everything’s always slippery and wet... I like hitting this one this time of year because the poison oak, you WILL run into, is mostly died off... I’m a little out of shape it appears so I need to get out of the gym a bit more to hit my cardio based work in the wide open... but I lived ;0)

      There was a crap ton of elk out for some reason... which I’m not use to seeing in this area. At all. I’ve seen bear a few times. Despite people saying I’m lying (cause I guess I’d need to do that for some reason? Lol) as they claim there’s no bears in the area... but, I’ve seen em.. so, suck it Cowboys Accountability Log
