20k?!?!? Yeah, I se where the insurance will help... sounds like the doctors over there don’t do reduced rates for non insurance like they do here... insurance only means an already negotiated discount here.. until I pay maximum and then it’s all on them ;0)
Gotta get you some insurance!! Can’t be having my sis suffering!!!
Yeah. I wanna be disconnected from the world. That sounds nice. Except out here that means snow. Lol
No I tried to get help with insurance. Obamacare is garbage. I had to pay the IRS every year because o wasnt paying enough for it. And to get assistance I have to be pregnant or have a kid. Lol. Like sorry I'm responsible and dont have a child I cant take care of..
It's all good though broski. I'll be alright. Lol until one day I rip that shit bigger lol

I wish I had a physical job. I think chasing my toddler counts a little. Maybe why my body works better on a little more calories.

Anyway, point being it’s so difficult to lock in at that 20-25% surplus... even worse when trying to cut. Because 20-25% deficit can easily push one into starvation mode if not calculated work calories burned, properly... which I did a lot... and the rebound bf% for that mistake is far more difficult to reset the body than just your average diet restrictions...
You’re right though... if not eating enough, often enough, which I don’t most days, I really feel the sting...
Maybe they’ll invent an accurate calorie burned tracker... I’d really love that ;0)
Hope your day today is the best one of your life!!

I have 6 kids. It makes everything a little extra challenging.
Real pain is failing to succeed.

My hats off to all parents... no joke... I had one and she’s well on her way to her masters degree now... she was such an easy child though... from baby until now... I got off easy and I know it... that’s why I called it good after her lol... I watched my sisters all breed satanic hellions and said nope, not another one from me lol

I find it all fascinating... people swear by certain things while others completely reject it... imo I don’t know shit. Who am I to confirm or deny anything to anyone? But out here in the PAcific North West there’s supposedly all kinds of wormholes, energy fields and other things I don’t know the name of... something having to do with being on the 45th parallel or something...
I feel a draw to the forests, mountains and mainly the ocean... I can find my peace.. that’s what makes where I live so perfect for me... I can literally hike miles through the forest and land right on the sand and go into the ocean... cold as a mofo, but I can still do it ;0)
Oh man I'm not sure about the whole 45th parrallel thing, but sounds like it could be interesting. Yes humans have always been drawn to certain natural features since time immemorial. We are creatures of the earth after all. Many different interpretations and explanations for some out of the norm occurances. Everything from excessive magnetism to underwater rivers to strange structures no one knows the purpose of. To ghosts, aliens, demons, and spirits. Many differant esoteric paths on can take. From the organized and lawful to the chaotic and spontaneous. The common thread is that there is more to this world than meets the eye. More than we can perceive. To be able to to do so, would be like an ant comprehending a Boeing 747 take off.
I myself was a Theistic Lucifarian for a stretch of time. Bonafide. Ceremonies, summonings, invokations, meditations, offerings. All that good stuff. That was the culmination of my occult persuits. Before that it was gnosticism and mysticism. These opened my eyes to the fact that there's a whole nother world out there besides the physical one and the one we inhabit.
Made me question what is truth and what is reality. For you see an idea does not have to be "physical" to be real. For example look at Santa Clause. It can be said he is unreal. Though is he really? He exists in our minds. He carries a certain set of values behind his name. He can still impact peoples emotions and lives. That is very real. It's a similar principle.
Though it is definately more than an idea..some of the ceremonies I've been to, while I can't say too much could be stranger and more eerie than anything out of a film or fantasy. You almost can feel this invisible and extremely ancient force besides you. It can be overwhelming at times. It was the biggest mindfuck I've ever been through. I ended up leaving it behind. But I still carry a lot of the values, ideas, and beliefs with me.

It’s definitely an interesting existence... I went years in a meth induced psychosis... I made my own and entered into a world I couldn’t of even imagined up... its stuck with me after all these years... the things I saw. The things I heard. The remembrance of 6 individual voices in my head... the shadow figures, the hallucinations of demons looking figures that even my dog saw and growled at and even tried to attack...
My take away, regardless, was there’s something bigger out there and it’s not what I thought it was or what it is....
