Lol if i dont know most of the names either. Sometimes i have to google. Sometimes ill see a movement on i.g. and then, not save the name and, make the name up. I do my best to keep it understandable. As in, cable vbar over head press. All technical terms, and, im sure you catch the drift. As long as you arent saying, that movement with the straight bar, thingy? Lol

I wish we had good sushi out here... but for some reason it doesn’t exist... probably better that it doesn’t. Good sushi is my weakness and I ate more than my fill when I lived in southern Cali for a while.. nothing but fresh fish coming out of fresh streams and the Pacific Ocean out here... but not one mo-effin good sushi joint lol... nothing but conveyer belt sushi and they use nasty farmed fake ass fish... it’s sad really..
