Hey Cowboymike! I say to train yourself to embrace the missteps. They aren't failures, they are victories the moment you recognize you made the misstep. Each time you are hardening yourself that much more and getting that much closer to the ideal version of yourself. I think a log is a great idea, because it can give you a comparison that pics never will...a comparison of your mind, determination, and willpower. Keep it up, sir!

haha...Sorry, work has been over the top these past couple of weeks, and I give myself like 2 minutes a day to check in here...like I said before you are either worried about having enough to keep everyone busy or worried about how everyone is going to get done. One day last week, worked all day, went home and had dinner, then came back and worked all night...rough week. you'll feel my soft gentle touch again soon...I promise...
