Today was balls to the wall all damn day... work was brutal, but got that shit done so I can cruise into my Friday with an easy day... finished off what was left of my shoulders and back, strength-wise. But today’s work day really wiped me out... I felt weak as hell... but got it done and focused mainly on very strict movements... I’m trying to visualize my muscles working in my mind as I’m pushing the weight... it’s not really visualizing quite well, but maybe one day lol... I just want to kind of get a better sense internally how everything’s connecting and working... feeling it while visualizing it...
After the gym I went and got a massage.. best idea... but then after I was starving!!! So I went and treated myself since I was low on calories for the day anyway... I do feel a little guilty, but I’m refusing to give up my cheat breakfast meal Saturday lol... but I know for a fact I’m running a little deep into my deficit this week.. without the ability to properly monitor my output though, I guess I’ll never know truly... but the way I work and sweat, at least 6 of the 10 hours at work is full blown lifting, pushing and pulling, climbing ladders and stairs etc... then gym time... I’m not justifying here, but reminding myself to be careful not to cross the line into starvation mode, but to keep my ass in check to not use deficit as an excuse to wander off the path... I got serious goals to hit.. I’m laser focused on them... but still... a little bit of guilt if I’m being honest... see how my head bounces around when I’m feeling guilt? Geezus, it can wear me out sometimes...

I’ve ran much lower dosages with much higher results... I definitely don’t feel like I’m taking 100mg per day that’s for sure... bummer, it wasn’t cheap.

First cycle I used anavar. I can’t seem to figure out how to use quotes with Tapatalk but put that Var in quotes. At 50mg a day I got a raging pump ONCE in my forearms the entire cycle. It was so bad I couldn’t hold the weight to lift lol. Will be trying ZPHC next cycle. Hoping they live up to the hype.

And man....stay outta starvation. The way you work, that shit will make you sick and we can’t have that. The log goes on!

I’m a complete newbie to this shit so I guess this goes with the experience, but I’d rather have one 30ml bottle of Robolics Anavar than the 4 50ml bottles I’ll be sitting on for a while now.
40ml of RoboVar an hour before an arm workout has my muscles feeling like they’re going to rip through my skin. Not exaggerating about the phone thing
80ml dosed at 6:30 and 11:00 preworkout of this other very popular shit doesn’t even compare...only positives, it smells and tastes better and has a flashy label...I think my gf just got an early Christmas present, now I’m worried about the cycle I had lined up for my own Christmas lol
Back to the robo, I can deal with the acid reflux for another week haha

Yeah the dude wasn’t even a legit sponsor here, he kind of snuck one past everyone... it’s weird though because others reported that dudes gear was gtg.. Gear-Tech was the guy... I can say without a doubt that this anavar is garbage... I’d bet anything on it... I’ve been taking 100mg per day since June 2nd... nothing... I feel l/have felt absolutely nothing... his gear, i feel nothing other than lethargic and like I have low T again...
Oh well... live and learn... I know this SL gear I have is legit... so I’ll just switch over starting tomorrow and I will figure it out within a day or two I imagine... I will just finish off the protein caps he called var... irritates me though. Shit wasn’t cheap and I still have 100 50mg caps of his “winny” ... which I’ll just assume is garbage as well... no point in sending off to a lab for testing...
