Today was rest day... handled part 1 of food prep.. drove out to the ranch to get 20 dozen eggs, 6 fresh chickens and some fresh bacon cuts... out to the farm to get/pick 10lbs blue berries, raspberries, black berries and some fresh power greens for my shakes.... (all for $35 lol) Costco for the rib special and regular weekly items... wish I could afford to buy some beef, but thanks to 4th holiday coming up everything’s over priced again... even local ranches raise prices... cock suckers... 1/4 cow costs $695 butchered, cut and wrapped as it is... right now it’s closer to $900.. fuck that.. I’ll wait... can’t wait to raise my own food one day...
Obviously, I went apeshit on calories today... I purposely planned too.. however I was hoping to have overloaded the system more on the sugar and carb side of things... but oh well... I got busy lol... hopefully it’ll be good enough to send a shockwave through and see how my body will respond...
Tomorrow I’m planning on wrapping up food prep and going to my adopted nieces 3rd bday party... I totally plan on dominating the piñata again this year...

Hey Mike! I know u know what your doing but just some 'food for thought':
Sometimes , something as simple as changing the training pattern is enough to 'shock ze body'
ect:
If you always do Chest, Then Triceps, switch it the next week... do Triceps first then chest last..same movements, if you wish... but simply change your order up...
Chest and Triceps on Mondays and Biceps Back on wednesday? Switch the days!
