      What a day!!! Murdered my shoulders and upper back pulling wrenches all day... the designer decided my crew needed to work to death in the high heat... so we are launched back 30 years when pipe fitters were old, gnarly tough sons of bitches and twisted in all pipe up to 12”... so as I twist in 4” all day, I cried like a bitch and whined like a first year apprentice lol... I was truly pathetic today... I have stab pains in my shoulder blades.. my traps will never forgive me... my shoulders are just plain toast... only 3 more days of this job! Better step up my game or get buried on the next job...

      I honestly have to stop and think though... I do have the slight advantage due to my supplementation regimen... and my crew does not... nor do they know I do anything... they’re starting to make comments though.. but i throw the whole ~you bitches see what I eat every damn day. Now meet me in the gym to see what I do with the other 20% of what it takes to make progress~ and they stfu... I know it’s the rapid fat loss they’re talking about.. they may even think I’m on meth or coke lol... anyway my point being, these poor bastards gotta be dying lol.. I bounce back pretty quick, thanks to my regimen... they don’t have that...

      Anyway, 3am wake ups next few days...

      Today I dropped back into arm day, Monday... still utilizing radmans advice and completely flipped my routine around.. my cocky ass arms don’t know what to think... they just get to learn they ain’t throwing up 65’s on an incline curl, that’s for damn sure lol... I’m utilizing more concentration movements and the preacher bench... definitely taking the lighter weight to pin down the form... which I can see, physically confuses my mind and body... I’m glad I took this advice and switched it up... make my body adapt to new movements ;0) I felt weaker today, more drained I guess... but it’s to be expected working like I did today and then try to work out on top of it...
