Switched out leg day for back... tomorrow I will bust out legs after I hit stairs all day for/at work... today I hit back and my energy levels are not what I was hoping.. but hey, it’s all good... I’m just glad I’m getting in tune with my body... and I need to do these trials and tweeks in order to understand what and what doesn’t work...

I will have to update my log tomorrow ... no workout today, I ate pretty much the same...
One of my guys stepped on a nail on a 3rd story balcony, stepped back in pain and went through the fuckshift safety fucking railing and went over smashing into the 2nd story railing and then cartwheeled into the ground on the first floor... shattered his pelvis and god knows what else... he’s still in O.R. ... I’m at hospital and plan to be here until I hear something or get to see him... so fucked... I didn’t even notice my guy was wearing tennis shoes and not his goddamn work boots... ya know, the ones with a steel shank in the bottom so nails can’t puncture your fucking feet... geezus...
Bloodwork in the morning, I’ll try to log afterward before I start the days chores.
