It was so busy at work today... ladders ladders ladders all day long... very productive day though. I got the 2 day job complete in one day... everything just went so smooth...
I blasted arms today and repped out the 65’s... 8 per set x’s 4 set and now my hammer curls are 50’s for 8 x’s 4 (up from 35’s) and then 4 more same weight/rep for across body hammers... then the reverse curls, forearm movements, back arm routine... obviously I’m only excited about the repping 65’s... which were my two rep max just earlier this year... so, I’m definitely getting stronger and excited about it... working my ass off though. I won’t short change myself... hoping for 3 straight weeks hitting them for 8 x 4... if so I’ll go ahead and bump it up...
My arms feel so pumped it’s crazy... I thought for sure I’d be sporting 22’s when I got home to measure... but, nope... still a bit above 17... that’s the only thing about dropping fat, the measurements all go with it
I got a long way to go to my goals... but I will chip away a day at a time... I don’t give a fuk... I will transform into a beast. I will be buried a beast.. they will need beasts to carry this beast lol
