      My body is super sore... I’m talking head to friggin toe sore... I didn’t even know what to work out today... so I didn’t do anything but get on the elliptical for an hour... I’m not looking to work out on sore muscles. I’ve paid a dear price for doing that before with my leg and I won’t be doing that ever again...

      Work wasn’t a difficult day... but it was definitely physical anyway... push n pull moves all day. But on a scissor lift and not up n down ladders... it was a fun day though I feel... I really like the solo jobs I go on and can just put in my headphones and go to work... no one else there, just me... I enjoyed my work day

      Hit up the head doc... they gotta open me back up once again... I’m starting to wonder wtf man... I got this benign tumor that grows like a fucking weed in my head... it’s appearing to grow at a quicker rate that previously... it was like every two years, open back up... I just had the thing cut out last November.. here we are again... so frustrating... it’s gotta come out though... or I’ll die when it gets to big and punches through the cranial cavity and putting to much pressure on my brain again... well, so they say... so it’s like what does one do? Can’t throw some roundup on it and make it stay away... just gotta keep cutting it out I guess..

It's like I've seen the zenith, I feel I've been to the peak. It's hard to remain engaged. And afterwards everything is so dull. Is it just me? How'd it go for you? How'd you do it? You ever take caber?

      Yeah I’m going on 15 years since I touched anything mind altering.
      (other than prescribed by a doctor. Full disclosure. Some meds they put me on felt shitty so I stopped all that shit 2012 as well and decided to just deal with my issues best I could... so outside of pain meds for a few days after all my surgeries, I don’t fuck around)

      I get what you’re talking about being in the middle... except I don’t feel in the middle. I feel on the complete opposite end.. the low end.. low stimulation I guess... it use to be fast cars, guns, hunting down and jacking gang bangers on my own, cooking meth and a very very very very extreme violent streak within me... towards gangsters though... but still... I was not a decent human being. I deserved being locked up. It should’ve been for life... I got lucky by escaping life sentences twice... I deserved them though. At that time...

      As for the dope, yeah, you give your body something that allows it to experience the most intense and craziest of crazy high levels of pleasure... then now try to tell it it’ll never experience that again... sex, will never be the same.. ever... we ruin ourselves in the pleasure department by doing that shit...

      But I’ll take boring. I’ll take low stimulation...
      I’ll seek out thrills in other ways, sober ways... I ride extreme animals, push myself outdoors, ride big waves, jump out of airplanes.... anything... but nothing gets my blood pumping like hunting down gang bangers... I’m too old for that shit now anyway lol... so yeah man..

      I have caber on hand Incase of sides... is it good for something else?

      On a side note, I fully intend living on my very own ranch, growing mushrooms and tripping balls until the day I die... starting st age 70.... I’ll stay sober until I’m 70 and then when I’m not driving anymore and have my own world I don’t have to leave, I’ll become a mushroom farmer and enjoy my last days ;0) I already informed my daughter lol

      It was so busy at work today... ladders ladders ladders all day long... very productive day though. I got the 2 day job complete in one day... everything just went so smooth...

      I blasted arms today and repped out the 65’s... 8 per set x’s 4 set and now my hammer curls are 50’s for 8 x’s 4 (up from 35’s) and then 4 more same weight/rep for across body hammers... then the reverse curls, forearm movements, back arm routine... obviously I’m only excited about the repping 65’s... which were my two rep max just earlier this year... so, I’m definitely getting stronger and excited about it... working my ass off though. I won’t short change myself... hoping for 3 straight weeks hitting them for 8 x 4... if so I’ll go ahead and bump it up...

      My arms feel so pumped it’s crazy... I thought for sure I’d be sporting 22’s when I got home to measure... but, nope... still a bit above 17... that’s the only thing about dropping fat, the measurements all go with it Cowboys Accountability LogCowboys Accountability Log I got a long way to go to my goals... but I will chip away a day at a time...       Nov 18th we gonna make it legal hehe. And yes...life has moved quickly this year. Sheesh. Lot going on.

      I feel like I remember you either doing it or planing it...the Celtic ceremony. Congrats to you both. I’m not much of a free spirit either. Something just feels good about being in a solid relationship with a true partner. And man I love my baby. She is the fkn BEST!

      To be honest, it has taken me a while to get on board with our relationship. It was some time in the third year when I really had that first hug where you feel totally connected with the person....that real full love hug hehe. But, it was worth the wait and I’m psyched on a life with her. Plus, she is in recovery as well so we jive on that front.

      I wish you and yours all the best in the world. Old loyal dogs....we gotta be careful we end up with the right ones.
