Lol its yumminess!! You boil/cook and cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the meat, leaving about an 1/8 inch layer above the skin...
You mix in sour cream, bacon bits, green onions chopped or onions, chopped jalapeρos or what ever fixings you like on a regular baked potato... you mix it all together and then refill the cut potato skins with the filling, top with shredded cheese and put in oven until the cheese browns... I love them lol ... if you wanna get down n dirty you pour nacho cheese on them

I was able to get to gym and bust out a quickie leg routine before hitting up the Redcross... who fed me cake! Bastards! Lol jkjkjk my choice... it was good too... sorry, not sorry... talked with one of the regular nurses there and we sealed the deal that I would go ahead and move forward with coaching the boys (her son and his 3 friends) in the fundamentals of bull riding... Im actually pretty friggin excited about it to be honest... kind of interesting to me. Im a full blown isolator and typically like being away from people. Not jumping to be with people lol... but Im hoping these boys are serious, if so, all this knowledge wont go to waste...
Work will be spotty this week... doctors appointments to get set up for the upcoming surgeries this week.. next week too... at least will have a game plan and what to plan on and expect from these very minor procedures... just want to get it all done while deductibles are met...
Other than that, productive day, a good day and super tired.

What's your body fat at this point? Do you have pictures? I've dropped probably 3% body fat since my last cycle. I'm taking it easy. I figure I can be down to 10 or 9 % in a couple years.

I have no clue on my bf... Im going to guess between 18-20%... i gained a little fluff after upping my calories and carbs... which I think was a mistake to try to bulk now... I think mentally I need to run a few more cuts and dial my diet in before I go for bulking... mentally Im not prepared seeing my abs disappear completely again... so better to turn this horse around now
