Ended up going to the local brick and mortar supp shop to pick up one of those primer bottles. They also have another one I'm pretty interested called Fixation. Meant for joints and what not. Might buy that next time too.

Work was insane this week... so my log took a hit as did gym time... I’m taking today to rest... my entire body is wrecked..

Day 158
Happy wedding day Stateside!! Congrats to you and the wifey brother!!!
Fasted cardio this morning and tanning..
Then I just kind of spent 45min randomly doing some work on each body part to test the waters... got a nice full body pump over all and a nice sweat... I’ve never done a full body, so it was a cool little mixing it up thing... definitely would like more time with each group but I’ll tackle that during the week... it’ll definitely be a weird week with work, doctors and doing grown up crap..
Went home and pounded 8 large eggs and 10 servings of egg whites... topped with shredded cheese and chunky guacamole...
Not counting calories today but imagine I’ll land around 2k-2200 after all is said and done...
Got my chores done, got my IRS paperwork completed and ready to get mailed off in the morning (8.5 hours to get this shit done! Wtf it’s like a damn job!)
I only meal prepped lightly since this week will be weird. Very basic.
My body feels much better. I don’t feel all those crazy pains I was feeling.. work was a bit overboard last week...
Hope y’all had a kick ass weekend!!!
Full log back and running tomorrow as normal..

More like late lol... every year I gotta fight with the IRS and prove I can’t pay them 750k and if they garnish my wages or take my bank account they’ll literally kill me since I couldn’t pay my bills and cover all my medical costs... which is very true. I can’t take any new bills on or get dinged..
I of course don’t legitimately owe them that money. But they say I do.. cause you know, tax payers have rights and shit to pay a fair tax and not get bent over and conned, extorted, bullied or pressured by the IRS lol... my favorite is the year 2012 tax year where literally the only income I had coming in was from me selling ALL of my shit because I was in a financial crisis meltdown and lost everything I had obtained... all my toys, cars, dirt bikes, sea doos, atv’s, trucks, houses, tools... everything.. yet somehow the IRS says I owe them 12k lmao... never mind I sold shit at a crazy loss... my favorite truck, I paid 68k cash, sold at 28k... my sea doos 15k each sold for 1200 each... you get the point... my cars were just repod and houses sold at money owed... but after all penalties and interests for 3 tax years I owe almost a million between feds and state ...
I make just enough to cover my bills...
I’m not a business owner and no longer some fancy pants corporate executive VP...
But every bloody year we go over everything and fight back and forth as to why I can’t pay them... they only have a few years left to collect and the nightmares over...
Then I can restart my businesses and get back to making some money again ;0)
It’ll be 10 years in idle mode just waiting for them to die off and go away...
These douche bags got my identity not only stolen, but some one was filing false tax returns in Northern California in my name!! Thanks to the irs sending all my important information to random and very wrong addresses... so much for my right to privacy right? Lol like how the hell did y’all even get those addresses?
Anyway, so yeah it’s a once a year back and forth distress filled fight... bottom line I’d literally just quit my job if they garnish my wages. Then wait until the next year for them to garnish the new employer, (they’d find out new employer when I filed the taxes) rinse and repeat until times up...
I wish I could find a savy, badass lawyer with balls who’d take on suing these cocksuckers for me.... lol

Just sat on a machine and fabricated pipe all day for a big job coming up... it’s a prevailing wage job so that’ll be just in time to cover these medical bills.. this week will be a weird week... nothing to physically demanding though so I’ll be able to smash it out in the gym... I’m fired up and fully healed.. ready to rock... starting this Saturday I got 90min massages every weekend until after the new year... definitely happy about that ;0)
