      Was a mellow work day. A few hours prevailing wage and some over time on a few jobs I知 putting the finishing touches on so I can get them finaled out and put them to bed... feels good to finally get them checked off the list of opened jobs.. now the company can get paid those fat end of job checks... no charge backs or change orders and I came in way under budget... a good job indeed on all fronts..

      Smart feet got me to the gym even though my head tried to talk them out of it... got there and started my warm up and then the beast took over... each rep, ferocity was born lol... I got through my whole routine, which surprised me tbh.. but now I feel whooped... I consumed extra carbs/calories today so it was a good day to smash the gym ;0)

      Was sad to see someone stole my amazon package though, with my new supplement I was eager to try.. but, amazon said to contact them tomorrow if it doesn稚 get here by end of day and they will send out a replacement... maybe it痴 just time to go old school and actually go to a brick n mortar shop lol.. I知 actually agitated, but wtf can I even do about it? No sense sitting on the shitty feelings. Maybe the person can benefit from the vitamins included in each serving ;0)

      Yeah I always check with them first now because they致e been good neighbors before lol... I知 not worried though, sometimes it has shown up the next day but the mailman marked it delivered the day before... it痴 weird.. either way I値l have it by Friday, replacement or not ;0)

      3 weeks ago jumped onto a different sponsors tren and mast, because I had it on hand (still running SL test and eq though) and I wasn稚 really feeling like my body was responding very well to it.. which happens for me sometimes... so I finally just gave up on it and ordered up a blend from a sponsor I haven稚 tried before who was running a BOGO offer... he said he could get it to me before my next pin was due.. he wasn稚 lying lol... so I hit the blend today 1cc..

      My plan, since I haven稚 tried this guy yet is to go ahead and back off the SL gear and proviron until I end this cycle... I値l finish out on this blend and pull bloods to get a good idea and report on how it all felt, results on my bloods and an overall review for it...

      Ill post up an update pic soon... my camera is sucking lately though.. I can稚 seem to get a non blurry pic lately.. maybe the wife will help a man out lol

      I was planning an after cycle post of pics anyway...
