      Hope your sis doesn’t have to go through this stuff! I never realized how important it was to get medicated ear drops and all that... it’s definitely important!

      The pressure to avoid is best described as what would be equal if maybe you were constipated and trying to really drive down and push it out... that’s the pressure to avoid.. so any weight that causes one to improperly breath for the movement, like holding the breath or anything like that... squats, heavy core style work ... that type of thing...
      I gotcha. Hopefully you heal up properly and can get back on that grind & hopefully this time it's a permanent solution.

      Work went ok today, I felt alright. I’m still a little saucy at my boss so there was a little unnecessary tension caused by me and my less than perfect attitude... it’s hard to treat someone with respect who doesn’t treat you with respect though... now that I saw his true colors when it comes to his leadership qualities, I have no more respect for him as such... going to have to have a sit down with the powers that be soon and figure out how to proceed from here...

      Yes sir, speaking for myself at least, it definitely spikes it, then it tapers back down... so I’d say from 45min after I take it up to hour 2 it’s peaked and then declines... I’ll even get a slight headache because of it.

      What a day... work was brutal.. barely left enough gas in my tank to workout... I guess I don’t really realize how taxing and physical my job really is... until I’m not 100% and fatigue a little easier while on the mend...       Overall good day. Good productive work day, positive interactions with others, got all my tasks completed...

      Got home dropped some var, downed my shake and got my ass to the gym before my internal crybaby could surface and try to talk me out of it... hammered out a lightweight but medium volume chest routine... excellent pump, looking full, it was a great workout... I really found my zone and stayed in that bad boy the whole time...
