I am taking pics a couple times a week... I adjust macros according to what’s appearing in the pics... I’ve upped my calories for another stab at testing some things out.. so heavily relying on the pictures to tell the tale...

A good day today. Felt good and strong in the gym blasting legs. Definitely happy about increase in reps. I had plenty of juice to go. I didn’t want to ruin myself though. Kept things slow and controlled. Tried out the low bar squats. A little awkward feeling, but productive. I’ll continue to keep the weight low until I can get the form down and feel comfortable upping it. Successful trip to the gym though.
Got the rest of my chores done today and winding down, getting ready for an early turn in so I can wake up at 2 to be to work by 3am tomorrow...

I found my old camera, I’ll charge up the battery and see if my girl can get a little photo shoot done for me... the phones just not cutting it... I’m due for updated pics for sure ;0) even though my abs are glazing over from the calorie increase lol... but I have that stomach surgery end of April... liquid diet for 6-8 weeks after it... I will be able to only do cardio. No core work, no lifting... so I’m assuming going hard at cardio for 8 weeks while I’m a liquid diet, maybe throw in some CY3, winny... to really capitalize on the situation... I should be able to uncover the abs again and click a few % points off the bf ;0) point is I’m not stressing as bad as I thought I would at the currently adding fluff... so long as I’m getting some muscle mass with it though...

Loooooooooooooooooooooong day today... goodness!! But damn we kicked some ass! We got the entire workload done today and can put finish with rough in stamp on it and wait now for the contractor to be ready for the next phase... super stoked to have completed the entire 3 days worth in one day... everything just fell into place and went smoothly... loved it!
Got back into town a bit later.. but really wanted to hit arms tonight so I drug my ass to the gym... and I turned into an effin monster... veins a poppin, strength showed up ready to rock, my sets were clean and smooth. It was game on...

Little frustration experienced today... once again releasing others of my need to control helps to eliminate such frustrations...
Smashed some chest at the gym and made it through everything. Feeling good though... the added salt to my diet and utilizing those IV hydration packets I normally use for hiking, and all that cramping and craziness I was experiencing has completely vanished. Overall it has paid off and it’s night and day difference... I’ve been trying to keep my water intake lower. So I don’t flush it all out... that’s been a little difficult. I feel like I’m in water rations lol...
