unfortunately I don't think there's really any good advice to writer's block
I can give you two things that work for me. Not for writer's block but just to write in general. number one you have to be by yourself. number two you use voice text it's the most natural of course you have to go back and edit.
have you tried walking and voice texting on your hikes. if you're the type of person that Paces around while their on their phone this will definitely help.
all the stories that I had just written recently. You know what the funny thing is I had never written anything in my life that was the first time I had ever done that.
You can do it. And you can write... and you have imagination. That's one thing I like about you and I love reading your post even the silly ones not just the ones here in the log. You are very interesting.

I understand the subject very well and if I didn't take a pill every day I would have psychosis. This is unrelated to meth although I used meth for many many many years and lived the streets in a hard life kind of way. For me psychosis includes seeing hearing and smelling things.

I became fascinated with others, friends mostly at the time, who had disorders... the main point of interest was the environment when the hallucinations would occur... only when a motor, vibration, sound, computers, heating/cooling units, ballasts buzzing etc were present... if isolated in a room that is sound proof, or in an environment lacking mechanical sounds, vibrations or hums... no hallucinations... we were all the same in my experiments and I never told anyone what I was doing.... now interestingly enough the others not up for days on end like me, were medicated, but they still heard voices. Minus the emotional reactions to them... so I was trying to connect the psychosis to each other, with or without the usage of meth... people just assumed I was losing my mind... but I was the provider, so they put up with me lol I was losing it for sure.

I never touched meth but my husband used it for like 12 years. To this day he doesnt sleep through the night and randomly roams into the kitchen and eats random things.
I cant say for sure but it think its linked to that. I had an ex that did meth before and he did the same thing.

But it値l be nice to get all three of my sleep disorders in check if possible. At least the surgeries are out of the way. The rest is dialing myself in.
Got my chores done today, got a 5.5 hour defensive driving course done for work, got a little meal prep and back up liquid meals Incase my advancement of diet is to premature... finished deadwood and game of thrones... quite a day!
