I tend to use straps for most back exercises. And high rep deads. My grip strength has always been strong and I have no problem holding 600+ for deads. But straps allow me to really focus on the muscle I’m trying to work without having to worry about form breakdown due to forearm fatigue.

Straps help like you said, even when grip fatigue sets it you back is still holding out and waiting on several more reps, that's where I find straps useful when you are fatigued from high reps but you have several more left in you..

Oh ya bro I got the blue ones those things are awesome try to wrap them around the pull up bar and do some lull ups the thicker the bar the harder it's is. I like them with dumbbell curls also it's harder to do them. I just don't use the grips everyday I don't want to get used to them so I just throw them in there sometimes but ya they are very cool

I have to disagree with this though.I have carpal tunnel and sometimes drop the milk getting it out of the fridge.
I only use them when I need am but on heavy stuff like shrugs my traps are way stronger than my grip. If I was shrugging gallons of milk my traps would be shittier than they already are.
