Fit-Grips..Anyone use these?
I been using these with almost all DB/BB movements (mostly all) for the past week..I'll tell you what, the pump is brutal but I'm already noticing considerable changes..I'm employing these more for BJJ grip strength with Gi, it's a different type of twitch and strength that's needed but I'm confident it will assist.
Anyone else use these, your thoughts?

I use fat gripz which are the same. I like using them for bb curls it definitely humbles you out. It really gives me a good forearm and bicep pump. I like using it every other week on arm days.

Humbling isn't the word.. my first time using them I felt it immediately on the first set.. it really puts things in perspective of what we thought we knew, with the activation of certain muscle groups and how a slight variation can completely and dramatically change the whole thing..

I used the fat gripz for a long time and loved them. Now it seems to flair up my elbow tendinitis so I haven’t used them in a while. But man those forearm and bicep pumps were nuts.

That's weird because for me it helps my tendonitis when I curl. I guess were all different it may work for me and not for other's.

The pumps are definitely intense and much Fuller.. it actually feels better with my on my nerves, it seems to get some relief in lieu of a tighter squeeze, it's a different type of squeeze now.. and the beauty of it you have to really focus on stabilizing a lot more which is completely initiating multiple groups at once..

I use them in the winter when I am concentrating on getting stronger. Somebody said it. They make you humble. If you do deadlifts with them your grip strength will increase. I never used straps .maybe one time and called it cheating. If you can’t pick the bar up with the weight on it then lessen the weight. But these if you put a weight on the bar that you can DL for 10 and put the grips on you will be shocked to see you will be lucky to get 6 maybe 7. That’s just my experience. But ya they are awesome.

What about when that weight gets to 800 pound area? Straps still cheating?

Straps are always Incorporated with my routines.. my forearms can get such pain from the pumps, that it's virtually impossible to hold on to anything. Even lightweight behind the back shrugs I would strap up, mostly depends what oral I'm on.. Dbol or drol make it impossible..

I tend to use straps for most back exercises. And high rep deads. My grip strength has always been strong and I have no problem holding 600+ for deads. But straps allow me to really focus on the muscle I’m trying to work without having to worry about form breakdown due to forearm fatigue.
