Not really digging the elliptical that much, my feet kinda get numb and tingling. I haven't pushed that fast on abs in a long time, so I'm hurtin' right now. This ain't called the Brotherhood of comfortable, so....
Today felt RIGHTOUS! Freakin' glad I didn't cut any corners.
