I'm trying Bro. Honestly though, crazy rep to Tilltheend. I was posting about not gaining muscle and being stuck at around 25%bf. he PM'd me and offered to help. His guidance has been stellar and he puts out straight gouge, no BS. I've been doing what he offered up and it's paying off. I woulda paid for this kind of education and straight talk. Till has been the man, and the BOP is hands down the most honest and supportive locale around. I'm here for the long haul.
