      First Cycle Log - 500mg Test E(Will include photos)

      5'7
      23 years old
      13-14% bf
      161 lb

      5x5 lifts:
      deadlift- 335x5
      squat - 365x5
      bench - 235x5


      ON TO THE CYCLE!

      I was going to add T-bol, but I decided I will take this cycle nice and slow and just do 500mg Test-E.

      I will be pinning on 8/6/18


      Test-E - 500mg - 1-12 weeks
      HCG - 500iu - 1-14 weeks(Get off 3 days prior to PCT)
      Arimidex .5 EOD

      drawing with 21x1 pinning with 23x1.5. Mixing 500iu with the 500mg of test every Monday and Thursday.

      Clomid 50/50/25/25
      Nolva 40/40/20/20
      Arimidex .5 EOD
      Mk2866 30mg - 4 weeks

      Total Test - 605
      Free test - 175
      Estrodial - 30
      Lipids - All healthy, but low HDL at 25 and LDL is 90.
      liver - all very healthy
      TSH - 1.5

      6 weeks in:
      Total Test: higher than 1100. “H>1100”
      Free Test: 370(normal range is 50-200)
      SHBG: 8.9(normal range is 10-50
      Estradiol: 43.0(normal is 0-39)
      Direct Billirubin: 0.25(normal is 0-0.40)
      Liver - All within range
