Yes almost every workout....find what motivates you get in the groove and use that shit....once you start rolling and find that sweet spot pace and pump...forgetaboutit....they will become more and more frequent with experience...and reults.....get it girl...puttin work in...the key just find that sweet spot pace set that mutha on full tilt cruise control...i went little old school last night 2 scoops preworkout and blasted johnny be good 3 times in a row headphones got me fired the fuck up that and knowing the weekends near..

I know right. My work outs are usually pretty slayed but I was just fueled last night. Gym has always been therapy. I redid my plan to try and get out quicker but I just end up doing more cause I still have time two scoops?! Good lord. I dont even use preworkout. I've been considering it again but everyone I buy doesnt work for me anymore. Wasted money. Natty fuel it is. Get that fire lit killa!!! I see you !

Did you ever think about maybe adding in 1-2iu's of hgh to help with the finishing touches, and the last recomp? Just a question and if it was already address earlier in the thread I am sorry I must have missed it.

I've looked into HGH but I really dont know diddly squat about it. Or how to run it. So I haven't really fucked with it. I've been lurking around the idea though
