Meh.
Shitty quick workout leg day #2.
I really need to make it a point to stretch more so I'm gonna go some sauna stretching and loosen up.
My knee is fuckin fucked so I called it a night.
135 3x20 squats
Abduction 70lbs 3x20
Subduction 80lbs 3x20
Wide squats 115 3x20
Stretching and sauna. And I'm out.

Its only 451.
I've been laying in bed since like meh. 3:30.
Getting some morning cardio in.
20 minutes.
Then I'm gonna make some coffee. Eating some breakfast and hopefully get a nap in.
