Maybe consider a regiment with Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. Theres tons of studies showing the combination being great for breaking up scar tissue. It's supposed to help break down the muscle proteins that are creating the scar tissue to begin with. I've been using it for a long time now and my pin sites are still pretty good to go. Maybe some rough pins here or there but overall nothing like it could be. I also know that my shoulders feel a lot better since I've been using it and I've had multiple shoulder injuries that would typically keep me sore. It makes me wonder if it would help with the scarring from your hernia

Hmm that's a good question. I guess I just assumed you had a repair already and it was acting up after the fact. I had a small tear in my lower abdomen from deads a few years ago. I never had it medically fixed. It took me until about a year ago to be able to do deadlifts again. I've been using the combo for a little while and I don't have pains. I guess in the end, it probably couldn't hurt. It's better than doing nothing and just trying to suck it up ya know

Nope. Ya girl ain't got insurance to fix it. I'm on medicine that keeps it in line for the most part. Lol maybe I'll look into. I just need to find a miracle supplement that will heal the hole lol
