Gonna be a rest day today.
Got some errands to run after work and I'll hit shoulders and abs tomorrow!

20 minutes of fasted cardio this morning. Finishing up getting ready for work. Boo

Holy shit

I. Am. Pooped.

Worked today. Then got off and met my parents for dinner because they wanted to see there darling daughter.
By the time I got there I was starving lol my mom asked if I was starving because I broke
I said no mom. I can't have cheat meal for another two weeks. But I had to fast because my meals were already planned. Lol

Needless to say I got steak fajitas...without the tortillas ..okay I basically had steak already cut for my lazy ass with grilled peppers and onions and alittle cheese. Still bomb as fuckkk. Low carb high protein meal.

Still kept my calories where they need to be and my macros on point.

Alright mudda fukkas!
My goal was to get down to 25%BF before the end of the cycle. Well we go two weeks left and ya girl hit her goal
Maybe we should push for 24%

Been pretty lazy today laid up in bed. Colorado was spring time yesterday and snowing today.

Eventually I'll get to the gym.

189pounds 25% BF. Steadyily going down.
