I just wanna log this workout real quick purely because it's something different but kilt me. Lol
Sammy squats
45 plates
5x15
3 sets of these QUADdrulple sets. Yes I know calves dont work quads lol
40 pounds
20 walking calf raises
10 stand calf raises
20 lunges
Weight sled run. 180 plus sled weight.One length.
Then I continued with back and forth sled runs until i hit 10 plates loaded.
My quads were burning. Burnnnnnimgggg
Triple decker.
10 widestance
10 front load
10 close feet heels almost touching squats
Three sets
Quick bicep pump. Brings the blood up.
And 130lb 3x20 calf raises on machine. Take the blood back downnnnuhhhh.
I just wanted all the pumps. Dont question me.
I like doing different shit. Tis fun!
