Two weeks left two weeks left!!!!
I'm so exciteddddd.
Also,
The apple cider vinegar and lemon water is a beautiful water retention remedy.
I tend to hold alot in my hips and back. Woke up this morning pretty flat and happy about it.
I found this apple cider vinegar thing with ginger and honey. Its not terrible.
Time to buckle down. The holidays arent over yet. But the holiday foods are over for this girl.
Anywho.

Holy buckets BoP.
This week has not been the kindest.
I mean it hasnt been terrible, but my Hernia has been acting up all week. Just the pressure and th bloat and the back pack from it every fucking day. My God.
I'm thinking all the red meat I've been consuming caught up to me as it's harder to digest plus all th spicy shit I've been eating.
Just straight misery.
Still made it to the gym though. Lol
For some reason lifting eases the pain probably cause it boost the metabolism and gets everything moving correctly.
