Wow nice work that Queen booty whoo wee !! Rear delts are looking great also I think the third pick looks best . Now don't be threatening me that your not going to photo post for a while ever again. Got to keep up on seeing the progress purly for scientific research !

I have experienced zero negative side effects this week. I did get headaches the first couple days but those have sense gone. My gym pump is getting stronger. My mood is much lighter. I did a macro count my diet is now 247p 204c 40f wwith carb cycle. 150c on low days.
Training is still 4 sets of 15. I mix in circuits drops sets strip sets. Til fail. 30 minutes of cardio after the lift sessions.
I still haven't had time to get BF but I will do that as soon as I can. Life is busy!

Stay with it, don't quit no matter what! You WILL reach that goal. Buns of steel will come, do those Squats. In my opinion Squats will improve your shape quicker than any other exercise. Keep the pictures coming. Let us be your judge... I think it's awesome when a women starts getting that HARD BODY.

I'm trucking along! I've upped my dose to 10mg a day and started gw today. I do squats all day. Leg day is twice a week. Lol thank you for the motivation!! The next cin weeks should be exciting
