      Same thing for me when I used to hear about people taking ephedrine,dmaa,and caffeine at the same time. Or ******** and caffeine and then going to workout. Doing cardio even. And I'm like how???? And start having heart palpitations. But it's not just that car is ok with caffeine. It is recommended with caffeine. Caffeine makes it work better. And be a decent human being and drink hot coffee.

      And lol they probs def thought you were on crack or tweaking. Lol. But even if they accused you you'd piss clean. I used to take a sublingual supp. A white powder. It would make my lips white. Everyone thought I was smoking crack.

      Yeah fuck that. Lol my heart rate actually doesn't get effected by clen. Even during cardio. It just makes me feel like I have super human endurance lol. Can I just take caffeine pills? I hate hot coffee. And I have a super sensitive mouth. Lol I'm naturally just always hot. But I only get a frozen coffee every other Friday. Lol. As I'm stuffing my face with an ice cream cone lol

      Yes, a caffeine pills is perfect. It would also function as a pre workout. You got real lucky with that clen. There's a reason it's so cheap. I might give it a go again one of these days. You really make it seem tempting.

      I know. I was nervous cause everyone said they had trouble sleeping. I have zero trouble sleeping. I get headaches but they're mild. I'm dosing at 60 right now but I do spread them out every two hours in the morning. I did 40 once at the same time and it all hit me at once and I could not sit still. I had a customer complaining to me at work...and I almost had a panic attack because I just wanted to walk away and go run laps to ease the shakes. You should try it again one day...or not. Whatever works for you yano.

      Var you should take with caffeine actually. You also want to take it twice a day. About 6-8 hours apart. Caffeine will greatly increase anavars bioavailability.
