You need to get a real diet set up before you start. You are gonna crash your body and fuck up your metabolism big time.
1. You need to know your maintenance calories and macros.
2. Protein should be 1.5g per lb of body weight, carbs should be at 1.25g per lb body weight and the rest fats.
3. I use the weight I want to be at the end of the cut to calculate the numbers above.
4. From maintenance decrease your calories by 20% to start.
5. Weigh yourself daily and each week take an average.
6. Take measurements monthly as well
7. ECA stack instead of clen 1 caffiene pill, 25mg of ephedrine, 1 baby aspirin. Dose 1x a day in morning on an empty stomach and every 3 to 4 days add a dose until you reach the max dose of 4x a day. Not recommended to run more than 8 weeks.
**** you should definitely do more research on things before running a cycle, especially as a woman. Men and women are very different as is every person. Don't depend on what people say since everyone doesn't know their shit.

Oh it is. When I am eating clean sometimes I feel sick. I force myself to eat. I have to suppliment with usually 2 shakes a day to hit my macros.
- egg whites (boiled)
- dannon fit and light greek yougurt
- fat free cottage cheese
Are a few snacks to help get in the protein

Yeah. I calculated everything. And I'm gonna have to supplement with two shakes too. It's not like its impossible but I already forced myself to eat what I was eating. Gonna be an adjustment for sure

I have no problem getting to the gym and working. Lol there are days I'm tired but I still put in the work. Yesterday was my rest day and I had a hard time not going lol.
