      60mg of legit clen gives me a resting heart rate of 105 bmp at 11pm when I take it at 7am First cycle with Var. Can’t sleep because my ear thumps against my pillow so I have to adjust them just right lol

      Following along as well. My gf wants to start var, she also needs to gain weight, eat food, drink water and actually have a real gym regime (currently does none of these) so she won’t be dipping into my stash any time soon lol

      Lol!!! I had to space those doses out. Because when all that shit hits you at one time...my godduh. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. Lol. I'm on the back side of the clen cycle. Going back down to 20 the last few days. I did realize I couldn't handle bright lights or loud noises. Made me irritated and get anxiety. Lol.

      Tell yo girl to get that ass in the gym !!!!

      Hey hey fit fam!!
      Just gonna do a quick little check in.
      Almost done with my first week with var.
      I've been dosing 5mg a day with a half in the morning and the other half at 5pm.
      Caffeine pill in the morning.
      I have experienced zero negative side effects this week. I did get headaches the first couple days but those have sense gone. My gym pump is getting stronger. My mood is much lighter. I'm actually not as big of asshole as I normally am. I sweat, alot. Even off the clen. Also the libido. I can't even.

      I did a macro count my diet is now 247p 204c 40f wwith carb cycle. 150c on low days.
      Training is still 4 sets of 15. I mix in circuits drops sets strip sets. Til fail. 30 minutes of cardio after the lift sessions.

      I still haven't had time to get BF but I will do that as soon as I can. Life is busy!
