We have 5 star nutrition out here they have a in body scanner. It's not the most accurate but it's a good tracking system. It's free too. Lol.

A colorie is the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water 1 degree centigrade. Weight is measuring the pull of gravity on a given areas mass. I fail to see what point this false equivilancy will prove? I mean technically potential/total energy is mass divided the speed of light squared but that does not translate to the amount of joules our bodies can extract from food.
