You have such a great base! You are going to love the results var will help you achieve. It's always best practice for us females to start with low doses. Most women never need over 10mg of var daily. I'm excited to follow your journey!

Yes I love it. I actually just upped the dose a smidge this last week. I'm running 13 now so far so good. Excited for you to be here love!

15 push ups

85lbs 3x20 chest press
15lb dbs bent over tricep ext. 3x20
Superset
Lower cable chest raise???
10lbs ES 3x20
45 plate overhead triceps 3x20
Super set
Incline DB bench 35lbs 3x12 30lbs 1x10 failure
40lbs ezcurl skull crushers
3x15ish failure
10 minutes stairmaster
Intervals
1 minute level 6
1 minute level 12
5 sets
I've lowered my calories this week. 1500cal
130c 50f 180p
Added a small dose of clen. Currently doing .10. Might bump it to .20 but we will see. Along with 20 of GW and bumped up the var to 13.
My triceps were popping last night.
Gotta go before the servers crash again just wanted to get my updates in while I can

Dude, I've always thought about trying a stairmaster. What do you think of it? I've actually been trying a bit of cardio here an there. Cardio is like Chinese algebra to me. Did like 17 minutes of 4.2-6.7 on the treadmill. Idk how you cardio folk do it. I can throw cement, tree logs, cinder blocks, shingles ,etc all day everyday. But man 15 min of cardio and I feel like death.
My gym also has a Jacobs ladder. I've been thinking about climbing on the damn thing? Ever do this one? I know cardios like your thing. But I did feel really elated once I got off the machine. Lol I guess that's par for course tho. And let's see them Tris? #upperbodyava, let's see that back and them delts. #strongwomanarebeautiful woman.
I wanna see your strength personified my ninja. Ass gets old after a while. And while yours is def up there in both quality and quantity, Gotta shake it up. Shock the Camara!!! as Arnold would say.
