Lol ok. I don't think the back thing would be a good idea. I want to look Into how dangerous it could be. Could just do how much weight you can support doing a wall sit. Remember this one Instagram model could do several hundred lbs.
But there could be a few other things though.
Could also do a calisthenics circuit or see how fast you can run a mile. Or something else entirely. The problem is how do we turn it into a challenge. I was thinking having you max out. And then picking a goal. And if you can reach it then you win.
Here is a picture of the wall sit. You stack weights on your thighs and see how much you can support basically.

Good morning my lovely peeps!
In light of a change to routine today is a rest day. And I'm Also off work because its my Saturday to work.
With the new workouts my body hates me. We is fatigued. We is feeling it. We is happy.
I'll be at home chilling in this nice fall weather were having with the pup pretending I'm going to get things done.
I havent had a cheat meal in...two weeks. All I can think about is the Mexican food I'm gonna smash Sunday night. Im very excited about this. Steak. Fajita. Burrito.
Come on sundayyyyyyyy!!!!
