Over head tricep press
30lb db

Triple set
20lb incline press 3x20
Tricep kick back? 15lbs 3x20
Incline flies 15lbs 3x20

Lower raises
10lbs 3x20 30 sec tests

Tricep rope downs
20lbs
5x20 30 sec rests.

Sauna eat sleep.

Phewwww.
