Good morning!
Stepping it up a notch this week.
20 minutes of fasted cardio.
This is my last week of full dosing before I start to taper down. Weh.
Egg whites and granola with fairlife for breakfast.
Late start to cardio. Apparently that 5 hour nap wasnt enough lol

It's just an energy drink with amino acids and creatine and shit. I dont use it for a preworkout. I use it as an excuse to not drink water cause it had aminos and zero cals and I drink so much fucking water.

I went to bed with a headache and so much tension I didnt wanna get out of bed.. woke up late.
Still got 15 minutes of fasted cardio in.
4 ounce raw egg whites.
Granola and fair life. .5c and .5 c for breakfast. Its almost banana. Time.
Leg day tonight. Knees been acting up. But we gonna wrap her and get it done.
