      Another morning of 15 minutes fasted cardio.

      Instead of upping the time I upped the resistance.

      4ounces of egg semen.
      Granola and fairlife fir breakfast.

      Banana time.
      Chicken and green beans for lunch 6 ounces of each.

      I got a strang cheese today.

      And my power crunch bar.

      And. I'm tired. I feel so brain dead

      Titties and tricep tonight.
